Plant and Machinery Assessing Services was established in Queensland in September 1995 by the Principal John Miguel (JP Qual.) It gained Registered Training Organization (RTO 5257) status in 1997 and has successfully completed reaccreditation under the Australian Qualification Training Framework (AQTF). PAMAS is based in Forest Hill near Gatton but provides its services all over Queensland.
John Miguel has twenty-two years experience in the Sugar Industry and in local, interstate and international Construction Industry, enables him to offer “hands-on” detailed knowledge and experience both in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
In 1997 John Miguel was instrumental in the foundation of the Association of Accredited Providers Queensland Incorporated (AOAPQ) and has held the position of President for many years, retiring in 2006.
